Biography
I'm a certified and CIMSPA registered personal trainer and passionately believe in building a strong foundation from which to move before anything else! It's absolutely crucial to being able to train safely.
Before I decided to become a personal trainer, I found the information available on health & fitness confusing and overwhelming.
There are so many diets – which one is the best?! What’s the right balance of cardio vs weights?! How much time do I need to leave for rest? It feels like a minefield!
I initially began my studies to gain a better understanding for myself and my friends but I soon realised I really wanted to help other women like me find their way to feeling strong and confident.
