David Price Fitness
My name is David Price, and I am the founder of David Price Fitness, I decided to become a personal trainer, having spent my adult life in and out of gyms trying to improve my body and feel happy and confident in myself. Having been through this journey it has helped me understand the importance of fitness to your overall quality of life and I love passing this on to clients. Now I want to use my skills and experience to help people on their own journey.
Fitness is a way of life for me and I regularly compete in marathon, triathlons and mud runs and love the challenges that these events bring. I want to be able to pass this enthusiasm and drive to help the people overcome their own physical challenges.
I care about my clients and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I know for people who have not lived the lifestyle, this can be a daunting experience and I want to show people, although it may be hard, it does not mean it can’t be fun! I want to help my clients discover the benefits of training while at the same time implement solutions to incorporate fitness into their everyday lives.
I understand that life can be chaotic and it’s tough to find time to work out. I have been there myself, and it takes time to figure out what works for you. I want to use my experience to design a manageable programme, which is enjoyable and provides results.
I have been a qualified personal trainer for 3 years and have worked in the fitness industry helping clients achieve their goals through boot camps, weight-lifting and one to one personal training.
