First of all my name is Matt, I've personally been working as a PT now for 7 years and have my own company Fit4Coaching for a few years also. We are a mobile personal and group training business based in Surrey that specialises in Fat Loss & Muscle Gain, Sports Coaching & Overall Fitness.

Having an inner desire to help others is what keeps me motivated. Being able to watch my clients grow by becoming fitter, stronger & happier versions of themselves is such a great feeling. I enjoy helping people to live the best life as possible, through my support and developing them by practicing good health habits.
