I am a Actor, singer, dancer and Personal trainer from West London! After a bad injury a few years ago, I wanted to see if I could strengthen and help myself with recovery and BAM! LGD Fitness was born! I wanted to become a PT that is there for anyone. Absolutely anyone that wants help building a healthier, happier and stronger lifestyle. I also have my own APP so all clients receive a personalised plan written for them with a full nutrition plan written by a nutritionist to help you achieve your goals effectively.
