Thomas Wallen
Biography
I’ve been working in 1:1 coaching for several years, both in fitness and personal development. My background as a personal trainer has given me experience in customizing workout plans and nutritional guidance based on individual goals, whether for weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness. Additionally, my work in mentorship programs, like the National Citizen Service, allowed me to coach young people on both a personal and career level.
In each coaching session, I aim to create a supportive environment that empowers clients to set meaningful goals and build sustainable habits. My ultimate goal is to see each person succeed, no matter how big or small the achievement. Whether it’s helping someone make progress in the gym, develop a new skill, or grow in confidence, I find coaching to be incredibly rewarding.
